What We Offer
CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS
• Construction work from clearing land, grading, and laying foundation. All structural work inside and out, electrical wiring and sewer system included.• Constructing projects, handling all clearing, grading and foundation work, as well as wooden framework and any other carpentry or work with timber.
• Complete staffing of personnel to include an electrical crew led by a Master electrician along with qualified journeyman and apprenticed electricians to handle all electrical wiring and installations. Plumbing and sewage planning and work.
CONSTRUCTION WORK
• Laying concrete for parking lots, driveways, local streets, roadways, and major highways and interstate.
• Brick masonry and structural concrete or stone work.
• Kitchen and bath remodel/renovations.
• HVAC System ductwork connection and installation.
• Roofing in any type of surface material requested or designated.
•Flooring and concrete work: such as stamped and decorative concrete.

Dr. Rama Hijjawi holds a PhD in Foundation of Education and has 20 years of overseas experience in managing contracting and housing. Her responsibilities include managing and overlooking the company’s financing and dealing with customer needs.
❖ GREGORY GATES, VICE PRESIDENT
Gregory A. Gates holds a Master’s degree in Business and has five years of experience serving as Owner of two construction companies (GDM – Growth Development Marketing, Inc. and Quade, Inc.) which are both based in California. He holds a General Contracting License A and has significant experience in Public Works, which includes considerable expertise in pipe works, sewers and manholes.
❖ OMAR SHARABI, CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
Omar Sharabi graduated from Cal State Fullerton with a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering - EIT Certification. He is a Senior Inspector and Construction Manager for public works projects and residential developments that include housing, streets, parks, storm drains, sewers and bridges.
